Family Craft Night

My friend Landa and I went to Jacksonville for a little shopping on Wednesday. At A C Moore's we found these ADORABLE resin figures. They were half price so I had to get them for a family craft night. So, last night after dinner, we cleared the table, covered it in newspaper and craft paper and proceeded to paint our gingerbread village. Here's a before shot of the figures.
Look how hard everyone is working!

Jody's finished Village Christmas Tree

Santa by me!

Heyward's "The Steedley House"

"Micajah's Fun House" by guess whom!?!

and the "Gingerbread Hospital" by Lindsey Kate which she created "to repair those Gingerbread Men that Santa just can't help but take a bite of because they are SO delicious!" - which she's not QUITE finished with...

Good times. Good times.....
Now I just need to find the PERFECT spot for them with Cottony snow and lights.....

What a great idea, I can't wait till my little ones are just another year older, and we can attempt something like this!
